Introducing Innova Group: Four Practices, One Company

Technology problems rarely stay in one category. A recurring support issue can expose a security weakness. A manual process may need a custom application. A Microsoft 365 project can quickly involve identity, devices, governance and ongoing support.
Innova Group uses four practices to organise that work: Works, Systems, Cloud and Secure. They are not separate companies or artificially staffed departments. They give each type of work a clear home while allowing related requirements to remain connected.
Works covers business applications, automation, SharePoint and custom development.
Systems covers managed IT, Microsoft 365 administration, devices and day-to-day support.
Cloud covers Microsoft 365, Azure, migration, modernisation and governance.
Secure covers cyber security, identity, Microsoft security and practical risk reduction.
The structure makes it easier to explain what Innova Group does without pretending that every problem is the same kind of IT work. A project may sit mainly within one practice or draw on several, but it remains one engagement with one accountable company.
