Innova Group is an independent, founder-led Microsoft technology company based in Hull, bringing together managed IT, cloud, cyber security and custom applications under one accountable company.
Why I built Innova Group.
I’ve spent more than 12 years working across IT support, infrastructure, cloud and security. More recently, that experience has expanded into business application development using Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint, alongside custom applications built with React and TypeScript and connected to other systems through secure APIs.
Working across those areas made one problem difficult to ignore. Businesses were often left coordinating separate providers for IT, cloud, software and security. Each supplier understood its own part, but nobody was responsible for how everything worked together.
I created Innova Group to join those areas up. Works, Systems, Cloud and Secure provide a clear structure for the different kinds of work while keeping them connected through one company.
The aim is not to sell every service on every engagement. It is to understand the whole picture, give honest advice about what is worth doing and take responsibility for delivering it properly.
Where a project requires additional specialist input, that is explained and agreed from the outset. Clients should always know who is doing the work and who remains accountable for it.

Engagements are clearly scoped, clients know who is doing the work, and every project ends with either a proper handover or an agreed support arrangement. Where additional specialist input is required, it is discussed before that person or organisation becomes involved.

Innova Group has reseller relationships with Microsoft, Huntress, Hornetsecurity and NinjaOne. We can supply their software and licences where they fit the requirement, then help clients configure, manage and support them properly.
