Vitals
Microsoft tells you what’s there. Vitals tells you what matters.
A read-only assessment of a Microsoft 365 tenant that finds the things worth your attention, shows the evidence behind each one, and says what to do next. Nothing is installed, nothing is changed, and access can be withdrawn in one click.
Vitals has its own site, its own pricing and its own sign-up.

Twenty-seven checks, six areas, one score
Weighted so that a low score names the area that owns the problem, rather than passing one verdict on everything. Anything Vitals could not see is reported as not assessed — never counted as a pass.
Identity & Access
Who can sign in, how strongly, who holds administrative rights, and what third-party applications were granted years ago and never reviewed.
Email & Domain
Whether somebody outside can send email as your organisation, and what mailbox rules are quietly forwarding or deleting.
Content & Protection
What is shared with whom, what carries a sensitivity label, what nobody owns, and what has not been touched in years.
Licensing & Devices
What you pay Microsoft for against what is actually switched on — and how much of the estate is managed.
Workplace Experience
Whether the intranet is current and worth visiting, or a set of pages last edited in 2021.
Copilot Readiness
Whether Copilot can safely be switched on — judged on everything above, not on the licence position.
Every finding shows its evidence
Under every finding, the report prints what was read, what it said and where it came from — the Microsoft data behind the conclusion, not a paragraph about it. And each finding says how it knows: observed, calculated, inferred, or not assessed. An IT manager can check the reasoning rather than take it on trust, which is the difference between a document that gets acted on and one that gets filed.
It is also independent of whoever runs the tenant — including us. The findings read the same whether you fix them in-house, hand them to your existing provider, or ask Innova.

Fixed price. Nothing renews.
One assessment, one invoice. No per-seat charge, no minimum term and nothing to cancel — and the prices are on the page rather than behind a call.
Vitals Assessment
£99 + VAT
“Where should I be concerned?”
All twenty-seven checks, scored across six areas, every finding ranked with the evidence it was read from, and a prioritised action plan. Counts and locations, not file paths.
Vitals In-Depth
£295 + VAT
“Show me exactly what needs fixing.”
Everything in the Assessment, plus your Vitals Worklist — the specific files, links and accounts behind each finding — and an hour together agreeing what matters first.
Looking after other organisations’ tenants? Vitals for MSPs covers the provider case.
Vitals has its own home
The pricing, the twenty-seven checks by name, exactly which Microsoft permissions it asks for and what each is used for, and a complete sample report published in full — all of it is on the Vitals site. Innova Group builds it; you buy it there.
