A delivery platform built around how a contractor actually works — requests raised from site, scoped and costed before anything starts, tracked on a stage board while they run, and closed with a recorded sign-off. Timesheets, plant, temporary works and presence sit on the same record. Light and dark themes, responsive down to a phone in a hi-vis pocket.
Not a SharePoint page — a standalone React application, so the stage board, the sign-off workflow and the timesheet views could each be built exactly as the job needed rather than around what a list view allows.
Every package carries its whole history on one record: scope, cost, tasks, hours, plant and the sign-off at the end, rather than being spread across a spreadsheet, a mailbox and a whiteboard.
The stage board is the actual working view — request, scoped, on site, review, signed off — so progress is read at a glance instead of assembled from a status meeting.
It collapses to a single column on a phone with the same components, because most of the people raising and updating packages are on site rather than at a desk.
